Subscription and Cancellation Policy
Subscription & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 2 November 2026 · Version 11.2.2026
1. What our subscription is
Our subscription (auto-refill) plan sends you a fresh supply of Nelson's pouches automatically on a recurring schedule, so you stay protected without reordering. This is an automatically renewing plan: it continues and renews on its own until you cancel. When you enroll, you agree to the recurring terms in this policy.
2. Terms we disclose before you enroll
Before you complete a subscription purchase, we show you clearly, next to the subscribe option:
• the product and quantity you will receive on each shipment;
• the recurring price per shipment, plus applicable taxes and shipping;
• the billing frequency (every month, on the same day of the month as your enrolment date, or the nearest day if that date does not occur in a given month);
• when your first charge and your next charge occur;
• that the plan renews automatically until you cancel; and
• how to cancel.
Any introductory or promotional price, and the regular price that applies afterward, are shown before you enroll.
3. Your consent
You enroll only by taking an affirmative action at checkout, such as selecting the subscription option and placing your order. By doing so, you authorize us and our payment gateway (Airwallex) to charge your selected payment method the recurring amount on each billing date until you cancel. After you enroll, we send a confirmation email with your subscription terms, billing date, price, and cancellation instructions. We send that confirmation within two business days of you setting up the recurring authority, and we keep a record of the authority you gave us for at least 18 months after your final charge under it.
4. Billing and renewals
Your payment method is charged automatically on each billing date at the price shown at checkout, plus any applicable taxes and shipping. Unless you are on a stated introductory offer, the amount of your first charge is the amount of each renewal, until you change or cancel your plan, or until we change the price under Section 8. Your billing date is the same calendar day each month as the date you enrolled. If a month does not contain that day (for example, the 31st), we charge on the last day of that month.
5. Renewal reminders
We email you at least seven business days before we charge you if any of the following applies: the amount of the charge changes; the billing date changes; more than six months have passed since your last charge; or a trial, introductory price, or promotional period is about to end. The notice tells you the new amount or date and how to cancel before the charge is taken. We may also send courtesy reminders before ordinary renewals. Please keep your email address current so you receive these notices.
6. How to cancel
You can cancel at any time, and cancelling is at least as easy as signing up. You may cancel by:
• logging into your account and using the self-service cancel option in your subscription settings; or
• emailing us at info@trynelsons.com and asking to cancel.
You do not need to call us or give a reason. To avoid being charged for your next shipment, cancel at least 3 days before your next billing date, because orders enter processing shortly before they ship. We will send you confirmation of your cancellation.
7. What happens when you cancel
Cancelling stops future charges and shipments. If your next order has already been billed or entered processing before you cancelled, that order will still ship and is handled under our Refund & Return Policy. We do not charge cancellation or early-termination fees, and there is no minimum number of orders.
8. Price changes
We may change subscription prices. If we do, we will email you at least seven business days before the new price is charged to you, so you can accept it or cancel before it takes effect. Price changes do not affect orders already billed.
9. Failed payments
If a charge fails, we may retry it and may pause your subscription until you update your payment details. Please keep your payment method valid and current.
10. Refunds
Refunds for subscription orders follow our Refund & Return Policy. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused time in a billing cycle unless required by law.
11. Chargebacks and disputes
If something is wrong, contact us first. We can usually fix it quickly. Abuse of the chargeback or dispute process may result in restrictions on future purchases.
12. Compliance
We operate this plan consistent with the U.S. Restore Online Shoppers’ Confidence Act (ROSCA), Section 5 of the FTC Act, and applicable state automatic-renewal laws, and, where they apply, Canadian and EU / UK consumer-protection rules. If any term here conflicts with a right you cannot waive under the law that applies to you, that law controls.
