2. No VAT and how taxes are handled

Hong Kong does not levy a value-added tax or a general sales tax, and we do not charge VAT. Any sales tax, goods and services tax, or similar charge that applies to your order under the law of your delivery address is calculated and shown separately at checkout. Prices displayed on product pages are exclusive of any such charge unless stated otherwise.

We sell botanical rodent-repellent pouches and related products intended to help deter mice and other rodents through plant-derived scent. Our products are repellents. They are not poisons, pesticides, or rodenticides, and they are not medicines or medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.

Results vary. How well a pouch performs depends on the size and layout of the space, the level of rodent activity, airflow, temperature, how many pouches are used, and where they are placed. Our products are designed to make a space unattractive to rodents. They are not guaranteed to eliminate an existing infestation, and they are not a substitute for professional pest control, structural repairs, or hygiene measures. If you have a serious or health-threatening infestation, consult a licensed pest-control professional.

Customer reviews, photographs, and testimonials on this website describe individual experiences. They are genuine accounts from individual customers, but they are not a prediction of the results you will experience, and they are not a guarantee of performance.

Please follow the directions supplied with the product. Formal legal notices, complaints, and copyright or trade mark complaints should be sent in writing to info@trynelsons.com with Legal notice, Complaint, or Copyright in the subject line, and copied to our registered office at the address in section 1. We accept service of documents at that address. Please include your name, contact details, order number where relevant, and a clear description of the matter, and allow us two business days to acknowledge receipt.

If you believe content on this website infringes your copyright or trade mark, tell us which content, where it appears, and what right you hold. We will review the claim and, where appropriate, remove or amend the content.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

This Legal Notice, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with it, is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live, the courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction.
